As an active real estate investor and end user, Michael has honed his skill and perfected his craft through the successful execution of numerous personal real estate projects such as numerous Fix & Flips, Multi-Unit Conversions, and Strategic Pre-Construction Purchases. With the support of his wife Melanie and three kids Giuliana, Luca, and Valencia, the transition from a side-hustle into a career was natural.
