Paolo's foray into real estate began with the purchase of his first investment property back in 2005. "Seems like a lifetime ago, I made a few rookie mistakes but always learned a valuable lesson"-P.D. Since then Paolo has had success owning and operating a variety of investment properties from Student Rentals to Multi-Family properties as well as numerous Flip Projects. At home, Paolo is a family man. Spending time with his wife Michelle, Daughters Olivia and Elena, the family pooch Jaxon. An avid sports fan, TV/Movie buff, and serial renovator, if Paolo is not out working with clients he can be found at home working on home improvement projects, streaming a movie or series on Netflix or locked into an intense game on football Sunday!!
